We invite you to join a special group of donors
to New Moms, Inc – "The Bell Ringer Society." The
Society was named after Zuzu's famous quote from "It's
A Wonderful Life" for three reasons:
1.The entire
movie speaks to the beauty of selfless giving, and to the
societal benefits that derive from doing to others as you
would want done to you. Your selfless giving through membership
in the Society will not only help our moms and their children
now, but it will impact families for generations to come!
2. In becoming a member of the Society, you become an "angel" to
our moms who are struggling so mightily to turn their lives
around.
3. In becoming a member of the Society, you give our "angels" – the
moms and their kids – the opportunity to soar out of their
current circumstances.
To become a member of the Bell Ringer Society, we
only ask that you commit to making a minimum donation
of $50 each month for a year ($600 annually). Your
membership in the Bell Ringer Society benefits
all of our programs and services. These are a few
examples of how your monthly donation can help:
$52.50 Will pay for the Career
Direct & TABE testing materials for three of
our moms to undergo the discovery process in Rising
Star that tests their educational level
and assesses their personality and interests as a
means to formulate a potential career goal.
$100 Pays for Denver Developmental
Screenings for five children in New
Kids .
$171.25 Pays the principal and
interest for one month on the mortgage for a bedroom
occupied by a mom and her child housed in our Cooperative
Living Program transitional shelter facility.
For your convenience, we can arrange for you to make
your Bell Ringer Society donation via electronic
funds transfer, credit card, or check on a schedule
that is most convenient to you.
